In a mysterious and surreal zone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Schoolchildren Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly confused group of tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew quits his dull job at a Quebec government agency and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities blur, intertwine and resonate in a surreal comedy of diversion.
